    * Anorexia of hepatic origin, convalescence following debilitating disease, supportive therapy in antibiotic and antiparasitic drug therapy, toxicity associated with drugs, pesticides and other chemicals
    * As a growth promoter and metabolic stimulant
    * As supportive therapy in post-operative care

Dosage:
